RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Ready-made, non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Personalized or made-to-order products—including name-printed notebooks, custom designs, custom inner pages, programmed or custom-printed NFC cards, and products made to customer specifications—cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind once design, printing, or production has started, subject to mandatory rights under Kuwait law. This does not affect the customer’s right to a remedy, replacement, or refund if the item is defective, damaged, materially different from the confirmed order, or personalized incorrectly by Mine Kuwait. Customer-entered spelling, language, design, size, or specification errors are the customer’s responsibility.

To make a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery through the Contact page or WhatsApp +965 69679799. Include the order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and provide return instructions when it is accepted.

Mine Kuwait covers return or replacement costs when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. For an accepted change-of-mind return of an eligible non-personalized item, the customer covers delivery and return costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after the accepted item is received and inspected. The bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Ready-made items may be cancelled before shipment. Personalized orders may be cancelled only before design, printing, or production begins. If fulfillment becomes impossible or a material delay occurs, the customer may cancel and receive a refund as required by law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Kuwait law.
