TERMS, PRICING & PAYMENT

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under Kuwait law are not affected.

1. STORE AND PRODUCTS
Mine Kuwait is a Kuwait-based workshop and store for notebooks, gifts, personalized products, stationery, sensory play, and small surprises. We take reasonable care to display accurate descriptions, images, sizes, and prices. Minor non-material color differences may occur because of screens, printing, materials, or handmade production.

2. PRICES
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). The product price and any clearly stated optional add-on charges—such as charms, straps, extra pages, or custom designs—are shown on the product page or in the cart before order confirmation. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment. The price confirmed at checkout applies. Future prices and promotions may change without affecting confirmed orders. If an obvious technical or typographical pricing error occurs, we will contact the customer before production to confirm the corrected price or cancel and fully refund the order.

3. PAYMENT
Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. Shopify and approved payment providers process payment data securely under their own policies. Mine Kuwait does not store full payment-card details. An order is confirmed only after payment is accepted or the available payment method is approved.

4. PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers must review names, language, size, design, options, and instructions before confirming an order. We produce personalized items according to the confirmed information. If a proof or preview requires approval, production begins after approval. Once design, printing, or production starts, a personalized order cannot be changed or cancelled for change of mind, subject to mandatory law. Remedies remain available when an item is defective, damaged, materially different from the confirmed order, or personalized incorrectly by Mine Kuwait.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY
We may contact the customer for information required to complete personalization. We may reject or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, violates the law or third-party rights, or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order before delivery, the amount paid for the cancelled part will be refunded.

6. DELIVERY AND DELAYS
Delivery is currently available within Kuwait under the options shown at checkout. Preparation time depends on the product, quantity, and degree of personalization and is stated on the product page or confirmed with the customer. If a material delay occurs, we will contact the customer and explain the available options, including cancellation and refund where required by law.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The published Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Personalized products are not returnable merely because of a change of mind after production begins. This does not affect rights relating to defects, damage, or non-conformity.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
Mine Kuwait’s original website content, designs, images, and text are protected. Third-party trademarks and characters remain the property of their respective owners, and Mine Kuwait does not claim ownership of them. Customers must not submit text, logos, or images they do not have the right to use. We may reject personalization that may violate the law or third-party rights.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE
The website, NFC products, and personalization services must not be used for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or privacy-infringing purposes.

10. LIABILITY
We take reasonable care in providing the website and products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Kuwait law.

11. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled under the published Privacy Policy for order fulfillment, payment, delivery, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
